I had to send multiple emails asking about delivery, the seller didn't volunteer updates without prompting. I found out the item was coming from China and it took well over 10days. I was quite disappointed that there was no disclaimer to let customers know it will take a long time, because I would have much rather bought elsewhere that delivers in 3 days as per the usual delivery times.
