We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Bishopdale Giftware. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll happily exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
